Looms and Equipment for sale
VWG maintains a listing of used looms and equipment for
sale, which is shared with various guilds and individuals
throughout New England. You may view the list by logging in
to the website as a member.
The online list will be updated monthly, around the 15th of
each month. Additions and changes will be mailed to those on
the VWG yahoo list as well as interested others, but will
not show up on the online list until the next scheduled
update.
Anyone, member or non-member, may receive a hard copy of the
current list by sending a SASE with postage for 2 ounces
(currently 59 cents) to Edith House (below). Include your
email address if you wish to receive regular updates to the
list.
We list floor looms, table looms and related equipment.
Anyone may list an item for sale by notifying Edith House by
mail or email. Relevant information should include weaving
width, number of harnesses, type of loom and maker, number
of treadles, age and condition, any included equipment,
shipping/pickup info if any, and asking price. Include name,
address or town, telephone number and email address.
Items will remain on the list for one year or until sold.
You may make changes such as price adjustment or address
change at any time; you may renew after one year. There is
no charge for using the list. In the interests of keeping
information current, we do require that you notify us if the
item is sold. Also, please let us know if you discover that
an item on the list is no longer available.
